How to book a class
Our 60-minute sessions balance strength, flexibility, and mindfulness, helping you feel your best. Whether you're new to Pilates or looking to advance your practice, we offer a holistic approach to enhance both body and mind.
Please note that while you can conveniently purchase a package directly on the website, a 1.7% processing fee will apply. If you prefer to avoid this fee, you are welcome to transfer the payment directly to my bank account and send the transfer screenshot to me via email or WeChat.
